Get to the metro public transportation from LAX Airport, since free shuttle service transportation to Metro Green Line Aviation Station is provided from the terminals.

LAX City Bus Center

Lot South / LAX City Bus Center. Passengers that want to take this shuttle bus service should wait under the LAX Shuttle & Airline Connections sign on the Lower/Arrivals Level islands in front of each terminal and board the Lot South / LAX City Bus Center shuttle.

Service is provided from 4:00am to 2:00am daily.

Metro C Line

Also known as Metro Green Line. From LAX, passengers can get to Aviation Station to get the Metro C Line. Passengers who wish to take that transportation method should wait at the Pink LAX shuttle sign, located at lower level in front of each terminal.

Get more information about Metro C Line here.

MORE TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS

Other public transportation options that serve LAX are: Culver City Bus Lines, Santa Monica Big Blue Bus, Torrance Transit, and Beach Cities Transit. Even though they are economic options, routes tend to take lot of time, so we recommend to take another way of transportation.

Location

Metro Green Line Aviation Station is located 2 miles away from LAX.

On the other hand, Metro Bus Center is located almost 1 mile away from the Airport.

How to get there?

To pick up the metro, passengers should wait under the “LAX Shuttle & Airline Connections sign”, on the Lower/Arrival Level islands in front of each terminal, and board the "G" Shuttle.

Travelers can also pick up the "C" shuttle to get to the Metro Bus Center, where they can board city buses serving Los Angeles and vicinities.
